Riskiah Adam-Adedimeji

Riskiah Olawunmi Adam-Adedimeji is seasoned banker, a trained project and marketing professional with wide experience in Retail and Risk Management.

A graduate of Accounting and Management, a Chartered Banker, Chartered Marketer and a holder of Masters Degree in Business Administrations (MBA). Her banking career has spanned over two decades across various functions such as Banking Operations, Business Development, Credit Administration and Branch Management.
Riskiah held various Branch Managerial roles (including relieving supervision of cluster of branches). Followings are the managerial roles and positions she had held:

- Business Manager, First Bank -Ikeja Industrial Estate Branch (April 2021 till Dec 2021)

- Business Manager, First Bank -Abule Egba Branch (January 2018 till April 2021)

- Business Manager, First Bank -Iju Branch (January 2013 to January 2018)

- Head Quick Service Point (QSP) Abbatoir, First Bank Agege Branch (2009 – 2010)

- Relationship Manager, First Bank Oshodi Branch (2006 – 2008) and Ikeja Industrial Branch (2010 -2012).

- Branch Operations – Trade Bank (Now United Bank of Africa - UBA) (Jan 2001-Dec. 2005)

In the course of her banking career where she demonstrated leadership capabilities especially in the areas of:

- Training and human capital development including succession planning and implementation

She is a recipient of several professional and social service awards including outstanding managerial awards. Followings are some of her remarkable achievements and awards:

- Recognized by management as the best Business Manager with highest growth in Assets:

- The Best Branch in Current & Saving Account (CASA) deposit Growth Q4, 2013

- The Best Business Manager in Agege BDO Lagos Mainland Group for the outstanding Achievement.

- 100% deposit growth of branch balance sheet in 12months and 150% in 18months 

- Increased business opportunities by solving clients’ problems with bank best solutions.

- Built customer relationship with large number of high net worth individuals

Riskiah has served and currently serves as the General Secretary of Lagos district and National Youth Cordinator of 'The Criterion (An Association of Muslim Women in Business and the professions)' respectively.
